▪ Ensure providers are credentialed and re-credentialed for all payers in timely, consistent, and accurate manner. ▪ Monitor clinician and practice licensure, liability insurance verification, CAQH, Provider Source, monitor CMS mandates, NPPES, commercial payers, manage ongoing regulations & requirements ▪ All clinician demographic information and documentation of licensure (e.g. license, Boards, DEA, CDS, CV, etc.) is loaded, tracked, and maintained in credentialing software, CAQH database, and Excel spreadsheets. ▪ Periodically review payer rosters for verification of all clinician’s enrollment. ▪ Develop positive relationships with clinician’s, directors, and office staff ▪ Meet with clients to go over credentialing concerns ▪ Maintain accurate records, electronic files, and databases for all clients. ▪ Manage and notify providers of upcoming end dates for licenses, DEA, CPR cert, etc. ▪ Prioritize work for most efficient completion of multiple priorities. ▪ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ▪ Create credentialing policy and procedures for new clients.
