Provided administrative support for all associates, managers and support managers. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding new associates. Reviewed time sheets for accuracy and closed payroll bi-weekly. Served as primary resource for inquiries regarding timekeeping, compensation and benefits.

Coordinated and administered all aspects of employee leaves of absence, disability programs and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with District policies, and federal and state regulations. Provided instruction, guidance and excellent customer service to employees and administrators.
