At the Springfield Police Department I spent my time servicing the community. I took civilian criminal and accident reports, maintained records, completed Sunshine Law requests for records, documented and researched warrants and stolen property utilizing MULES, and more. A Police Service Representative (PSR) works closely with investigations and patrol officers to keep Springfield safe. I loved my time at SPD, and my shifts flew by.
