Maintain active teaching load with undergraduate and graduate courses during the fall and spring semesters. Serve as academic advisor for all Professional Entry Level graduate students in Occupational Therapy. Provide graduate student supervision in conducting research to complete Master's level thesis. Additional responsibilities include continuing active scholarship agenda, and service to the department, school, college, community, and profession.

Provide leadership support for the creation and maintenance of institutional programming to enhance teaching and learning in higher education that aligns the Center for Faculty Excellence vision, mission, and strategic plan of the college. Support faculty across campus with building learning communities, mentoring early career faculty, and providing faculty with support to build inclusive learner-centered experiences. Supervise staff in the Center for Faculty Excellence. Create and monitor budget for the center, including endowed and gift funding lines, and annual operating expenses. Oversee peer-review committees for internal grants and awards supporting faculty development, inquiry, and innovation.

Oversee operation of the Graduate Program, managing budget, curriculum, and admissions. Support and promote student and faculty research by maintaining the department's scholarly agenda, managing the graduate thesis proposal process, and reviewing and approving all graduate theses prior to library digitization. Implement and maintain marketing strategies and oversee admissions for the graduate program. Coordinate with the Office of the Provost graduate assistantship offerings. Collaborate with departmental, school, and college committees on all graduate curricular issues.
