Oversee strategy, research, and day-to-day operations of the EOA Ops Center -- an informational hub that supports ongoing advocacy on behalf of Afghans and provides resources for those looking for safe passage from Afghanistan, their families and advocates, and other civil society organizations

-Designed and implemented organization-wide annual and multi-year fundraising strategy-Identified and addressed short and long-term gaps in institutional fund development-Piloted and tested new fundraising programs or revised approaches to existing fund development activities-Worked with CEO and executive team members to instill a culture of philanthropy amongst directors, staff, and other key stakeholders

• Attended various intergovernmental and interagency meetings of the UN and produced synthesized summaries of meetings, noting any issues that are relevant to the work of UNHCR • Monitored and provided concise reports on the topics discussed in the General Assembly Second (Economic and Financial) and Sixth (Legal) Committees, the General Assembly Plenary, and open meetings of the Security Council for both the UNHCR Liaison Office in New York and Headquarters in Geneva
