I was employed by Definitive Care Services as a recruitment consultant, My day to day duties consisted of arranging Health Care Assistants and Nurses for the companies clients within the industry. I was also responsible for payroll, taking part in interviews and inductions, as well as selecting the correct candidate for each position. I also undertook all general administrational duties and making sure all relevant checks were completed and up to date i.e. CRB checks and required qualifications whilst abiding to all rules and regulations within the care sector.
