With over ten years of work experience in the aviation industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader of the Operational Readiness Policy & Procedures Group at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). I hold a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and Government & Politics from the University of Maryland. In addition to Operational Readiness support, I have developed and implemented policies and procedures for the Air Traffic Organization's (ATO's) safety management system, as well as delivered training and guidance to various stakeholders. My core competencies include technical writing, policy analysis, project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I am driven by the mission of ensuring the safety and efficiency of the national airspace system, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my team and the organization.
