Handled all bookings for commercial, non-profit and local arts theater rentals. This included developing estimates, reviewing contracts, tracking payment status, collecting show expenses and invoices and serving as the point of contact. Responsible for the booking and management of Children’s Theater performances.

Developed and maintained the accounting procedures for the finances of the gallery. Created an operating budget for the 2012-13 gallery season. Served as coordinator for the annual Art Auction. In addition, worked as a graphic designer for the College of Visual and Performing Arts Theatre and Dance productions.

Coordinated the marketing for the gallery’s six exhibit season and assisted with the marketing for the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Tasks included writing press releases and graphic design (posters, programs and ads). Created and maintain the Gallery’s e-communications (Facebook, e-newsletters). Developed a gift shop for the gallery which sold over $10,000 in merchandise and includes an online store.

Updated and maintained the e-marketing (e-newsletters, e-postcards, website, Facebook, Twitter). Designed, established, and maintained the theatre’s blog, 1st Draft. Coordinated the design of the show playbills. Created various design elements (inserts, programs, brochures, ads, books).
