What I learned I learned from my mother, anyone that knew my mother would tell you she was a dedicated hard worker who loved her work. She worked at the age of 16, as soon as she was legally able. She was dedicated to her work and the people she worked with highly regarded her. She was passionate about her work even if the work she did was not what other people would choose as a career.My father was also a hard worker and dedicated himself to being successful. He had many careers over the years, but the one I most admire is when he joined the Red Cross as a humanitarian worker back in 1998-1999 and traveled to Bosnia during the Kosovo war.People can learn a lot about an individual by looking at their parents. Most individuals work ethic are imprinted on their children, and I have to say that both my mother as well as my father were hard workers. Their work ethic was solid, and I have learned this from them.I am a Registered Counselling Therapist - Candidate & Registered Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a background in Project Management and a passion for helping others. I have gained extensive experience managing project financials as a Project Management Office Lead and Project Control Officer. I also have many years experience supporting project managers in their day to day duties.I changed my career so that I could give back to my community. I love teaching and empowering others about optimal nutrition and mental health. I am currently working on a start-up project in the CBRM to help with breaking down mental health stigma and help with mental health resource access.
