I have over 13 years of experience as an artist, woodworker, designer, and educator, with a passion for sharing my love of art, design techniques, and inspiration with people of all ages. I am a creative and compassionate educator, who strives to create a positive and supportive learning environment, for students with a variety of behavioral and developmental special needs. I am currently a special education paraprofessional at Coastal Learning Center, where I provide in-class support for grades k-12, in a specialized, alternative school setting.I am also an art teacher at Assumption Regional Catholic School, where I taught for 6 years. I design and implement engaging and challenging art projects for students of different ages and abilities, using a vast array of media, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, woodworking, collage, paper craft, illustration, and graphic design. I have received positive feedback from my students, who have expressed their gratitude, for help with advancing their capabilities, confidence, and perspective. My work as a multimedia artist, has been featured in multiple galleries around Philadelphia, southern, New Jersey, and California, as well as commissioned murals, pop-up parks, and community projects. I have worked on several documentary and full length films, live performance, broadcast network television programs, and live events, I am committed to using sustainable materials and practices.
