I am also involved in Site Visits, Field Superintendence and Project Management of Multiple Construction Projects through the preparation of Timeline through Gantt Chart and Construction Weekly Milestones for reference of the Client, Designer and the Contractor.

As a Junior Architect, I prepare Architectural Designs and Drafts, Structural Conceptualization and Planning through AutoCAD and SketchUp Application. For client presentations, I render Perspective Views. Moreover, I am also involved in the preparation of the Bill of Materials, Cost and Quantity Estimates.
