- Create and/or update training content related to the company’s code of conduct, corporate policies, and applicable laws, including the FCPA and economic trade sanctions (OFAC).- Identify target employee training populations and maintain tracking of employee training- Manage the compliance due diligence and contract process for third parties, agents and consultants- Assist in rolling-out the company’s continuous sanctions screening software program, including providing training and guidance to all applicable business segments and functions - Scope of the responsibilities requires decision making within the parameters of company guidelines, exercising appropriate judgment and taking initiative: appropriate and accurate responses to employees and external contacts- Create/update and maintain master lists of contracts related information (contracts, consulting agreements, etc.)- Generate reports/metrics for various departmental data
