LIMA categories of approval coordination including; toy, print on paper, worldwide publishing, Promotions and seasonal categories.Day to day management of approvals between groups within Hasbro (US and International) and Licensees in the above categories include:Manage approval status and notifying Licensee as well as Account Manager if there are any issues.Manage day to day interaction with internal departments and Licensees via telephone, email and/or conference calls regarding the development process.Answer incoming calls from Licensee’s on a daily basis.Ensure products are routed and comments are sent back to the Licensee while managing ship to retail dates.Work with Licensees to be sure all testing and vendor compliance information has been uploaded for each product and approved prior to Licensee shipping licensed goods to retail.Attend meetings held by Account Managers with Licensees to increase knowledge of Hasbro’s business objectives and industry information.Distribute contractual samples upon receipt to internal departments within Hasbro for trade shows, licensing summits, etc., as well as Hasbro’s permanent archive warehouse.Issue trademark release letters on behalf of Account Team to ensure legal shipments of Hasbro’s trademarks.Maintain internal asset spreadsheet in an order to organize what specific art assets were sent to a Licensee.Create presentations to be used both internally and externally by Account Team.Designed and developed a user manual for using Hasbro’s Licensing Approval System which is sent to Licensees when they sign an agreement to license Hasbro brands to develop products in specific categories.Order product using a database system for Account Team to be sent to Licensees for promotional purposes.

Interaction with Licensees on a daily basis via phone and/or email.Ensured product approvals were sent to internal legal, QA and creative departments.Follow up with Licensees to be sure all testing and vendor compliance information has been submitted and approved prior to Licensees shipping product to retail.Create presentations for Account Managers to use both internally and externally.Continuous follow-up with internal departments within Hasbro to ensure that products are being reviewed in a timely manner so that feedback can be sent back to Licensees.Attend meetings with Account Managers and Licensees.
