- Responsible for ensuring food preparing to leave the kitchen is tidy and sent to the right table and seat- Ensure plates are correctly garnished and meets restaurant standards- Communicate to the servers on what table the food is meant for- Communicate to line cooks on what a plate may be missing or if a plate is incorrect- Ensure all food is leaving the kitchen at a reasonable time, making sure no plate leaves cold- Ensure that any special requests from guests are followed; e.g. allergies- Occasionally run food to tables if dining staff is busy- Act as the liaisons between the kitchen and dining staff- Cut, cook, and prepare ingredients to be used during lunch and dinner services

- Provide effective customer service- Use personal knowledge about products to assist customers- Carryout returns and exchanges accurately- Perform stock counts as well as order necessary diminished stock- Receive and sort at least 100 totes and cases daily- Sort overstock items in designated areas in a neat and organized fashion- Effectively communicate written and verbally with other sales representatives, as well as with management of other stores- Ensure tills and safe are balanced, as well as deposit money daily to store bank- Sign and organize paperwork including invoices, item counts, etc.- Effectively deal with unwanted customers- Ensure store is kept clean and faced throughout
