Amie McCarthy’s career began in branch banking, loan origination and asset management which led to investment banking, structured finance and management consulting. Her core competencies include origination, secondary marketing, warehouse lending, capital markets, compliance, and government relations. From an advisory capacity, Amie has managed mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, contingency funding, asset and liability management, securitization and restructuring. Amie brings product life cycle experience, and can leverage to improve transaction structures and financing, processes, controls, and best execution.Ms. McCarthy’s experience includes roles in at Investment banks, mortgage companies, consulting firms, and the federal government. She has also worked in the UK and Asia. She managed acquisition, trading, securitization, and sales of servicing rights of agency and non-agency residential and commercial mortgages. She has managed asset-backed transactions with auto loans, student loans, small business loans, equipment financing, trade credit, credit card receivables, syndication rights and intellectual property. She is a graduate of Stonier School of Banking, a Certified Mortgage Banker, and has an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. Presently she is a Director in Consumer Lending and Operations Risk at Citizens Bank.
