As an Educational Technology Coordinator for a school district, I spent my days designing curriculum, training teachers, and visually perfecting my latest digital creation. My primary focus was to encourage and model effective technology use in the classroom to the more than 950 educators spread across our 18 district campuses. I also worked with the remaining 500+ classified staff members, ranging from our district office staff to our building administrators, in a variety of their organizational and procedural endeavors.

I taught English/Language Arts and History to the 8th graders of Maple Grove K-8 School.

In this role I formally met with and observed a student teacher in her classroom and provided official feedback that was then used to determine her graduation eligibility. I worked alongside her cooperating teacher and university professor to recommend her for graduation and a teaching license.

Having been a vocal fan and promoter of Hapara resources for educators in my district, and a trainer of those products for hundreds of teachers, I was approached by Hapara to serve as a curriculum designer for promotional training materials and to host web-based training for new clients.

I worked as an English Teacher for a large private English school in Seoul. We educated students ranging in age from preschool to sixth grade with both full-time morning and after school programs.

I completed a Masters of Teaching program at Multnomah University in Portland, OR. As part of my program I served as a student teacher from fall of 2011-Spring 2012 at Union High School.

I worked directly with the head real estate agent in her office in Vancouver. I helped to maintain her office files, I reorganized many paper and electronic databases, I created many of the advertisements and web-based promotions, and I served as the sole office secretary.

I maintained a warehouse and staff for our Portland location while making connections within the Portland area to further expand our clientele. Due to the size of our company, I also served as a primary barista and delivery truck driver for many of our catering events.

I helped to maintain a 7,000sqft showroom while offering personalized design advice to customers. I also aided a head designer in the decor of a Parade of Homes house in 2007.
