-Handle orders and communicate directly with riders and customer service team to ensure the operation run smoothly on daily basis. - Prepare rider’s manual and always ensure it us up to date for riders to refer.- In charge of rider communication via telegram channel and group-Analyse order data to come out with hotspots for riders to standby on monthly basis.
