My responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, filing, typing, customer service, special events, sales, and marketing.

Developed recruitment needs for individual students, implemented a tracking database for schools and students using Microsoft Access, presented college programs to various schools and organizations and conducted tours on campus of various programs and services offered.

Supervised student recruiters, coordinated recruitment activities for high schools and community organizations, coordinated the 1999 Latino Youth Conference, assigned tours, events and information requests to student recruiters, developed recruitment plans to meet the needs of individual high schools, wrote and published press releases, assisted office staff in writing a publication style guide for Citrus College staff, and implemented a marketing plan for the CalWORKS program.

Presented college programs and services to high schools and various organizations, designed motivational workshops on self-sufficiency for teen parents, assisted in organizing events which included Career Day and the Latino Youth Conference, wrote, directed and produced a promotional video for cable stations in our area, and promoted a golf course video which aired on various cable stations in the local area.
