Project managed the initial launch of a flagship code base for one website and then a second release for a big bang of 6 websites on an enhanced and modified code base to include additional features and capabilities.Collaborated with the integration team for the requirements, design, and deployment of a flagship ecommerce integration between the new web front end platform with a new back end order management system. Integration had to be designed to support multiple companies and websites to be configurable and flexible to meet the diverse brand requirements. The integration included products, orders, inventory, catalog requests, order status, source codes and pricing interfaces. The project included multiple third party integrations related to email services, gift cards, catalog requests, image management, and other front end services. Conversion of customer and product data from current web platform and legacy systems was designed which included data mapping, logics, and validation rules. Deliverable completed on time with detailed documentation and use cases.Ensured success, led the collection of the companies/brands catalog businesses processes of their current state, gaps analysis, risk management, while building a flexible integration that allows for dynamic feature utilization and integrations.
