Founded the first state design challenge for Pennsylvania Art Education Association, Produced student-centered events throughout the state at Kutztown University, Carlilse and State College schools, Asissted in leadership training for teachers at district-wide inservices for Montogery County art teachers and at Erie Art Museum for the Erie Art teachers. Assisted in the creation and launch of the first state field organization ezine journal in October 2014, for which I wrote an article and shared resources on Design Thinking that I developed as a research/pracitioner.Represented PAEA by leading presentations at the PAEA, NAEA annual conferences and as an invited speaker at the Design Education Conferences 2014 & 2015.Co-leader of the Learning By Design Team that was created as a special interest group within PAEA.

On occasion I write and design educational materials for the educational branch of Crayola. I have also assisted in leading professional development opportunities at the US Department of Education and other speaking/consultation events.

Department Liason for the Art Education department 2011-2013. Conducted monthly meetings, assisted in the implementation of successful district-wide arts displays including a first-ever combination of performing and visual arts with invited student guest groups in 2012.Piloted and wrote curriculum for multiple new courses in graphic design, animation, digital photography, cyber arts courses and cyber art history.I was on the foundation team that planned and implemented designs for the new transitional space of the Ninth Grade -"Freshman Center" for which I purchased furniture, supplies and materials, as well as wrote and implemented the entire art education program offerings.
