Reporters Without Borders is an independent NGO based in Paris. It works to defend press freedom, considering the freedom of information to be a fundamentally democratic and human right. It has bureaux in ten cities worldwide, and a network of correspondents in 130 countries. RSF mobilises support, shapes media and internet standards, challenges governments, and wields influence at institutional and grassroots levels alike. It has consultative status with the United Nations, UNESCO, the Council of Europe, and the International Organisation of the Francophonie.

Since I founded my own media company in the late 90ts I have had a lot of different assignments. It has mainly been editorial work within tv and radio as a host, producer, or reporter - but also assignments as a moderator and communications consultant.In a lot of the projects I have been supervising editorial teams of around ten people, and my way of leading is all about trust – in the person and in theircompetence.Examples of employers: SR (the Swedish public service radio company), SVT (the Swedish public service television company), TV4, UR, YLE (Finland's national public service broadcasting company), Ålands Radio&TV, Bonniers, Egmont, Journalistgruppen, Liber, Strix Television, Natur&Kultur and IDG.

Responsible for the proactive and reactive media work, and highly involved in the strategic communication work as well as the daily comms work at Amnesty Sweden. I was the link and coordinator between the communication team working with social media and the policy team, as well as the contact point and coordinator for everything concerning the international secretariat´s media work.Spokesperson for media as well as at official and internal events, and a moderator/facilitator. Involved in building and strengthening the “Amnesty brand”. Handling my own budget. Acting Head of Communication when there was a vacancy for the Head of Communication & Fundraising post.

Host for the live radio shows; "P1 Morgon", "StudioEtt" and "Godmorgon,världen". Host for the series "Det nya paradiset" and at "P1 Granskar".

Host for "Vaken med P3& P4", broadcasted live during the night and early mornings. A lot of live contacts with listeners on the phone and via SoMe. I sent out the program myself, ie I was my own radio technician :)

Responsible for the content in UR:s live shows aimed at the young audience of "fist time voters" in the Swedish election 2014.

Wrote articles for companies magazines, produced stories for radio-and tv, worked as a consultant at different companies with both their intranet and their external webb.

At Radio Stockholm, P4. Reporter and host for a daily show and an interview program in the late afternoon; Kulturmötet i P4.Broadcasted the news and was a news reporter.
