About Ami Hofman

Cybersecurity is a team sport; nobody wins by playing alone. This is why, as a CISO and cybersecurity leader, I’ve made a point of finding new ways, collaborations and partnerships to incubate great ideas while helping to solve complex organisational problems and develop the next generation of cyber leaders.With 30 years of global and market leading experience in cyber and information security, where I’ve delivered on ‘firsts’ and some of the largest uplift programs in the southern hemisphere, I offer a global view on CISO best practices across sectors, tech and connections into the innovation ecosystem.What differentiates my experience is the ability to thrive when working on the cutting edge of change, where change is constant and exponential. This includes designing, selling and implementing cyber solutions that have built organisational resilience and matured risk management practices at an enterprise level, across industries and organisational types. Add to this a natural skill in selling and influencing, honed over years of global stakeholder engagement, and a natural drive, to always do the best thing by the customer.
