We ignite the power in girls by teaching them the skills to thrive and believe in their ability to be unstoppable. This mission comes to life in our programs through our Radiant G Curriculum designed to increase each girl's self-efficacy (her belief in her ability to succeed.) After nearly 14 years on staff, I am stepping up to captain this special ship into its next era, alongside the best team ever!

Girls Empowerment Network’s mission is to ignite the power in girls by teaching them the skills to thrive and believe in their ability to become unstoppable. With a deep commitment to equity, I work to ensure that there are the necessary resources to support our self-efficacy building programs for over 16,000 girls, parents, and community members annually. Previously, I served as Development Director (2010-2012) as the Conference and Workshops Manager (2010-2012) I coordinated and supervised our annual We Are Girls Conference serving 1,600 participants and managed workshop programs which reached an additional 2,500 girls in Central Texas.

For the 2010 and 2011 tax seasons, I worked to help low income families complete their taxes and FAFSA so that students can better afford higher education.
