We are at a unique point in history where we have a powerful opportunity to be part of the next Industrial revolution. My interest lies in creating sustainable and purposeful organisations through optimising organisational structures and potential. Entrepreneurial organisations can solve some of society's biggest challenges. This needs to happen at a systematic and grass roots level; i.e. beyond strategy and through the operating model designs; focussing on people, processes, technology and of course creating value for multi stakeholders. I am focussed on contributing to pioneering technologies and business models in various industries. I am especially aligned to solar since i have been part of this movement for the last few years. My background in Finance / training as a Chartered Accountant combined with my studies and experience in the field of Psychology allow me to contribute in a human centric and structured way to create optimal value. These broad skills across various industries have given me a unique and holistic perspective. I am focussed on creating value to allow the optimisation of resources and potential. I see an organisation as a community of people committed to creating value. We often cannot see what's getting in the way and I bring an objective and independent view.I am an active community builder both inside and outside of the corporate environment and am a strong supporter of the power of organisations to bring out change and innovate. My main interests are;- Operating model design and effectiveness for organisations committed to creating value - Building purposeful organisations/cultures - Optimising human potential, particularly support women to lead and pursue entrepreneurial endeavoursI am motivated and driven by contributing to a better world and engaging with organisations, people and committees who understand that through community, purpose driven organisations and value driven leaders it is possible to impact and shape the world around us now and for the future.
