• Established a seven-person team of engineers, design, and data visualization experts; executed R&D; created company's first R&D lab.• Design, prototype, develop, and launch software and hardware to test and refine clinical UX and IxD for patients and doctors, reducing touchpoints and vitals sensing from 20 minutes to under 15 seconds.• Scaled One Medical's first integrated IoT technology platform by launching a pilot program across NYC based clinics; rolled out to additional clinics across the U.S.; and implemented at SpaceX and Google offices across the world; a foundational achievement that led to the development of the modern telehealth platform acquired by Amazon in 2023.• Telemedicine platform success led to company being ranked #1 by Forbes as the "Most Innovative Healthtech Company" in the world (surpassing #2 Apple) by improving the patient experience and reducing costs.• Technological advancements led to a $65m dollar capital raise led by J.P.
