• Member of the project team at HQ level during the implementation of new ERP and TMS systems• First-level support for key-users regarding FI/SAP questions or problems• Analyzing and resolving tickets• Escalating tickets to 2nd and 3rd Level Support groups (IT, RFM, BPO, etc.)• Providing general finance and accounting support• Handling GL accounting questions and GL creation• FX maintenance• Creating GL accounts• Implementing SAP standardized transactions and procedures at cargo-partner • Addressing SD/MM and AS400 inquiries• Setting up bank accounts• Resolving interface problems, including AS400/SAP interface errors • Setting obsolete packages• Collaborating with users to resolve process error packages • Addressing customer interface issues• Handling accrual problems• Managing standard layout changes• Resetting passwords• Conducting monthly checks for the SEE region• Compiling an overview of issues for periodic discussion with the SAP IT Team• Continuously expanding knowledge in finance, accounting, and SAP areas

• As a Board Member, contribute to strategic decision-making and governance.• Oversee and assume responsibility for all financial, controlling, risk, and administrative processes within the local organization.• Report to the Managing Director and HQ (Regional finance, controlling, and risk management departments).• Coordinate, analyze, and report on financial performance to Management and HQ (including financial performance, projections, and other special projects as required).• Prepare short and long-term financial reports (both IFRS and local GAAP) and forecasts for internal management and external parties.• Conduct business and operational analysis of sales and operations KPIs.• Facilitate daily communication between finance/controlling and operations/sales, and prepare and lead local board meetings.• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures encompassing financial accounting, reporting, and other corporate policies.• Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting, local GAAP, and regulations.• Organize the entire transfer pricing documentation preparation process.• Lead the yearly budgeting process.• Manage monthly VAT and tax reporting.• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.• Oversee risk management reporting, including the oversight and approval of all customer credit limits, and reporting to HQ.
