I have joined Hatton National Bank, in year 2000 as a banking Assistant. Currently I work as a Branch Operations Manager.Significant Achievements,# During my carrier in HNB over 20+ years, I have covered all the areas in branch banking, such as Accounts Opening, Deposits, Safe Deposit lockers,  International Travel and Trade, Pawning, Leasing, Housing Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Development loans.# Bank has identified me to drive the transformation of HNB Club in 2008, which was the first ever dedicated customer centre for priority clients of the bank. I been selected as a member of transformation team and had a massive opportunity of associate with the niche top end personalities of Sri Lanka.# Bank again selected me as team member for the transformation of Credit Centralization in 2014. I was offered to take over Housing Loan section for the entire bank loan portfolio.  I have mastered housing loans with HNB Credit Centralisation process for over 4 years. It had been great opportunity for me to handle and exposed to massive credt portfolio of HNB. I have evaluated over 7000 housing loan applications came from entire network all over the country with different income backgrounds, cultural backgrounds, different geographical backgrounds.Other achievements apart from banking,# I do motor vehicle restoration as a hobby. I have over 20 years of experience on vehicle restoration and restored over 40 vehicles so far. I have gained massive knowledge in vehicles, spare parts, technology and motor mechanism over the period of time.# I also interested in inbound tourism, having an exposure over 8 years dealing with thousands of foreign travellers to the country. I have mastered Booking.com Externet, Agoda and Air bnb hosting. Also mastered converting of traditional home to a tourists attracted Guest house.
