Responsible for managing and leading the finance Team and for the day to day management of the the financial reporting, accounting and payroll processes.Duties;· Providing Company Directors with accurate financial information,management accounts and data analysis.· Interpreting financial information and data.· Analyzing the on-going profitability of all ventures entered into by thecompany.· Ensuring that strong financial controls and procedures are in place.· Preparation of monthly management accounts.· Monthly bank reconciliations.· Assisting with budgets and forecasting.· Interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.· Identifying the potential for making financial savings.· Management of tax reporting and compliance.· Handling and resolving financial queries.Working closely with the IT team to ensure all financial data is secure.

In charge of day to day functioning of the Accounts, finance.• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts• Manage Accounts receivables and Payables.• Preparation of payroll, EPF, ETF & Payee Tax• Determining Income Tax liability on self-assessment basis quarterly andmaking payments• Preparation of Income Tax computation to ascertain the IT liability or refunddue• Completion and filing NBT and ESC return with the IRD• Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries and banks• Preparation of annual budgets and monitoring• Preparation and implementation of Cash forecasts• Prioritizing payments ensuring liquidity of the Company.

Internal audits, External audits and various other assignments were carried out in a wide spectrum of organizations including finance companies, in the capacity of Experienced Accountant and Audit Senior under the supervision of Audit Manager and the Partner.
