Projects : 100,000 km road development project Main duties, o Checking and certifying contractor’s interim payment requests o Preparation of Bills of Quantities for road structural works. o Preparation of AutoCAD drawings for road structures like culverts and retaining walls. o Preparation of estimates for road rehabilitations. o Checking and correction of road estimates prepared by the technical officers. o All project procurement works of the 100,000 km road development project. o Preparation and evaluation of EOT (Extension of time) requests of contractors. o Preparing various reports and letters to liaise with the stakeholders of the 100,000 km road development project.

Projects : Mix development project for Ceylex Enclave (Pvt.) LTD. at Kollupitiya Sri LankaProject value : LKR 1.8 billion.Main duties, o Preparation of monthly look - ahead work schedules for the client and consultant.o Preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports for the client and the consultant.o Preparation of EOT related works. o Preparation of monthly and weekly concrete requirement to RMC plants and liaising with RMC plant and site for delivery of concrete to the site. o Preparing and updating the work schedule for the contractor.o Preparation of daily inspection plans in liaison with site engineer/QA& QC Eng.o Daily concrete work planning in liaison with site engineers etc. o Updating the Master Program for the project and suggesting action to mitigate delays.o Attending for the progress meeting and other meetings as necessary o Submission of relevant reports requested by the contractor’s head office.

(LKR 17.8 MN),: Proposed Extension to the Surgical Ward Building, Faculty of Medicine (LKR 72 MN)Main duties, o Responsible client’s engineer for the management of construction works at the University of Peradeniya (Middle Region of the three managerial divisions). o Monitoring on behalf of the client the capital construction projects, Rehabilitation projects within the University premises.o Organizing and handling progress meetings.o Preparation of various letters and other documents on behalf of the Works Engineero Daily site visits for the direct monitoring of building construction sites.o Preparation of new project proposals and related procurement for rehabilitation of old buildings. o Providing structural details for ongoing directly monitored works. o Wastewater disposal system design such as ‘the redesign and rearrangement of the waste water and sewerage disposal system at the newly built Senaka Bibile Hostel.o Preliminary setting out surveys and level surveys.o Preparation of Engineers estimates such as, o Engineers estimate for the proposed new building to the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Engineering (Approx. 30 MN).o Engineers estimate for Prevention of vulnerability to landslide at the ‘Senaka Bibile’ hostel. (Containing large soil removal, chemical blasting of large rock, tree cutting etc.) o Engineers estimate for the Proposed measures to stabilize the soil fill at the proposed construction of a four storied building complex for the Department of Statistical & Computer Science, University of Peradeniya (Approx.2.5 MN)

Participation to various building projects for more than one year on behalf of the dept. of buildings to maintain quality of civil works and to assist in project management such as the newly built six story building for National Agricultural Information and communication Center Gannoruwa (cost 313 Mn), Construction of Temporary Buildings for Chest Ward, Teaching Hospital at Kegalle (cost 4.2 MN)
