I have a lot of experience with customers and addressing their needs. I was able to learn key knowledge that would help me engage with customers more as well as always finding a solution. My job was managing shelves, working on keeping them cleaned, stocked and organised, working on tills and serving customers of all ages which included children. I was able to successfully communicate with them and provide what they needed in a happy friendly manner. My experience also consisted of working in the food and beverage department. I served guests of all ages on tills, made Costa coffees, teas and hot foods ranging from toasties to pizzas. I learnt how to time manage all these tasks during busy periods and multi task between them. I organised and cleaned tables along with the coffee station and ensured every guest had what they needed. I emphasised hygiene and food management in the kitchen making sure no cross contamination took place including keeping everything to the hygiene standard. I also simultaneously served retail guests and organised shelves to make sure they were organised and stocked.
