1. Oversee 40+ supplier accounts 2. Proficient in Insurance Receivables3. Answer incoming calls with professionalism and provide knowledgeable answers to branch personnel, customers, and insurance authorities 4. Process and Reconcile 50+ customer receipts/invoices daily5. Generate payments and ensure accuracy of amounts to various suppliers6. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records

1. Prepare instruments and materials2. Clean/sterilize and maintain functioning instruments and equipment3. Greets patients in waiting area and escort to appropriate room4. Reviews and records medical/dental history and vital signs of patient as needed5. Assists dentist with various procedures including charting, taking and pouring impressions, imaging, and other chair side duties6. Delivers Oral Hygiene instruction in accordance with protocol7. Assures completion of forms and signatures, assisting in patient record maintenance
