Responsable de la Infraestructura para GCien, Servidores, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, nuevos desarrollos e implementaciones, control inventarios

Direct responsible for Service Desk Operations ensuring SLAs, Quality and Financial targets committed to each customer and T-Systems reporting operationally and financially to the Global T-Systems community.

Transition project lead for one of the top 10 T-Systems customers and internal T-Systems services, planning, executing, controlling and monitoring activities until deliver to Operations ensuring SLAs and KPIs from day one. Admin for International SD infrastructure

Responsible for a highly qualified team of 23 1st line network analysts responsible for the operational support of British Petroleum voice and data (globally) in accordance with contractual SLA’s & OLA’s based on the ITIL Methodology. I am responsible for the day to day managing of the team, allocating work, monitoring and managing performance against KPI's. I also am responsible for liason between T-Systems, our Operational and Service Management and the customer, who are based around the world.
