I strongly believe I am a confident bubbly character with a lot to give. I am not afraid of a challenge or to try new things. I am a very head strong person and always commit to the task in hand and strive to achieve any targets I am given.My previous work experiences of working in a care setting has provided me with a sound understanding of the roles and responsibilities that are required in this line of work. I am a very passionate and considerate person who enjoys working with the public and have excellent communication skills. I am a very good multi-tasker and work well under pressure in a team and as an individual. I also have experience working in call centres and have a good telephone manner and communication skills. I previously worked on a very busy emergency admissions unit where I experienced a quick turnaround of patients for numerous different reasons on a daily basis. I have learned to cope extremely well under pressure for emergencies and able to cope in an extremely busy environment. This has also helped me to develop my communication skills with my patients, due to the high turnover of patients on the department I also have excellent time management skills. I received phlebotomy training when working on the unit and developed a real passion for it as I continue to practice it daily. I also worked for a secure ambulance service which I was also extremely passionate about it, I travelled the country with patients to safely escort them to their required destinations alongside a fantastic hard working team. I received first on the scene and emergency training within this post. I currently hold a full clean UK driving licence and I'm a very confident driver. I have a very strong passion for emergency care and love to servethe general public.
