Welltec works with Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Atlas, Dimension Bid, Uzma E-Line .Field Engineer fully in-charge of various tools and operation include:-Well Tractor to convey various intervention tools includes Gun, Plug, Coring, Logging tool into high deviation and horizontal wells. -Well Stroker to generate force to open/close SSD, set /retrieve various downhole plugs, gas lift change out-Well Key run together with Stroker for open/close multiplicity downhole valves include SSD, FIV, AFIV and FS1-Well Miller to mill ball valves and accessories like nipple. -Well Cleaner (power suction) for bailing/ cleaning well from solid & liquid debris.-Welltec auxiliary tools- Auto Releasable Tool, Per Safe sub, Shock Absorber, P-CCL, Spacer, Swivel & Knucle Joint-Perform maintenance, tools check, completed all checklist for tracking system/ database-Wide knowledge in well intervention method, technologies & equipment (CBL, RST,RPM, GRCCL, Logging, perforation) w/line panels, rig up/down procedures, weak point and E-Line troubleshooting. -Resourceful with current and latest well completion design/technologies/case studies for gas and oil field.-Provide simulation of well entry to simulate the forces present and accessibility of wireline tools

• Operates various logging tools from different manufacturer, include : Sondex, Spartek, Hotwell, Guardian, Metrolog & other EMR, DHSIT, MPLT, MTT, MIT.• Program, run/log tools in correct procedure, downloading, data quality check, interpretation and provide details report, perform sensor calibration, maintenance, service and troubleshoot tools-1) Multifinger Imaging Tool (MIT 24,40&60 Fingers) for tubing integrity assessment, leak detection, perforation mapping, confirming tubular I.D. Provide 3D Images, detail every joint's penetration and projection percentage.2) Magnetic Thickness Tool (MTT) to determine true tubing thickness and assess outer diameter of tubing.3) Production Logging Tool (PLT) for production profiling, leak detection, pressure build up & fall off, identify channeling sources, cross flow, gas lift performance and provide input to optimize reservoir performance.4) Down Hole Shut-In Tool (DHSIT): shut in well at nearest producing zone possible to eliminate bottom hole storage effect subsequently better PBU results of reservoir properties.5) Depth Correlation (Gamma Ray & Casing Collar Locator) prior perforation or install packer/sand screen.• Experience to perform good memory logging services at drilling and exploration Rig.• Being focal point of slickline crew to client, overseeing and plan schedule for routine production job (logging, gas lift change out, zone change, HUD check, bailer, re-set insert-valve/ plug/ straddle.• Ensure compatibility and availability, responsible for inspection and function test all CHS equipment.• Implement site quality control measures, monitor CHS equipment movement, inventory, tracking and detail documentation of battery usage,tool utilizing hours & servicing history)Client: PCSB, EMEPMI, CHESS, Shell (SSPC & SSB), Newfield, NOEX, Talisman, Petrofac, PCVL, Lamson JOC.
