The company's management system mainly uses the Siemens S7 300 PLC brand. Supervisory control is carried out by means of Siemens Simatic HMI. VFD models such as SIEMENS, SEW EURODRIVE, MITSUBISHI, ABB were used to regulate the speed of the engines. The system is controlled by level, temperature, pressure and flowmeter sensors. I work as an automation specialist. I am responsible for the electrical, automation and mechanical maintenance of the factory. I research problems on the production line and offer solutions. We manage new projects, analyze and order the right materials. I make annual and monthly maintenance plans and ensure that the maintenance is done on time. We make improvements by making programmatic interventions. We integrate new equipment into the production line.

Villa's automation is centralized automatic digital control of a building's HVAC, lighting, security, and other systems through a building management system. Mechanical and electrical systems and other equipments are connected with PLC that communicate with each other and to a computer.

As an intern in automation and control, I have successfully participated in an internship program organized by “Sumgayit Technology Park” and have worked in many industries, learned innovations and was active in the work process. Thus, I got acquainted with theproduction process at the Cable Plant, Polymer Products Plant, Electrical Equipment Plant, Aluminum and Copper Profiles Plant, Anticorrosion Coating Plant, and was closely involved in the regulation of automatic control systems used in process control and problem solving.
