Throughout my life, I have always been known to make the best of the situation at hand. Which is why I find the startup environment extremely rewarding. Being a results-driven programmer and product designer, I excel at creating high-value startups from scratch. The beauty of going from an idea or minimum viable product to a tangible company providing value is truly a process to behold. Putting together the right team for the right projects and watching them exceed expectations is what makes the startup world a unique environment.I have entered at the ground level at many of the projects I have been involved in. There is something refreshing about a new challenge or a new environment. The success that comes after is just the cherry on top. The process itself is enjoyable. Having taken on the trials and tribulations of making an idea into reality. It makes you think on your feet and keeps you alert. Alert of all the factors. I believe in such a fast-paced and quickly growing sector, there is room for this awareness. Having had extensive experience with legacy and reputable firms as well, I can see a potential here. Something to usher in a new generation of caring for every stakeholder of a company. Something to make the world a better place.It is no secret that climate change is an imminent threat to all of us. The rampant industrial expansion and the lack of responsibility taken is just what an adaptive environment like the startup environment can address. I personally believe that by sticking to one’s principles you can change the world, even in your own little way. By caring for your fellow humans, by acknowledging the importance of the earth we all live in. Another factor I am passionate about is public mental health. As technology expands and grows, one element that should never be forgotten is the human element. What makes us human. I have found empathy and understanding to be the answer there. Which is why I believe we can create valuable businesses, while also upholding our own values within them. Public mental health is just as important as physical health. Seeing the awareness raised day by day makes me hopeful for a better future. I too stick to these principles and hope to inspire real change. With every success and every achievement, we can prepare for the next frontier. The world can always be better. That is what I believe.
