I’m a qualified Public Health Specialist with master’s degree in public health from Makerere University, Kampala-Uganda, with over 12 years of field-based experience in emergency and post-conflict/disaster recovery programming including at senior management level. Have provided leadership to overall Field Office and Contributed to the Country programmes in a diverse range of sectors including food security and livelihoods, health, nutrition, WASH, peace building, housing land and property (HLP), Justice sector, education, women peace and economic security, emergency response and shelter. Have been responsible for guiding the design, implementation and monitoring of such programmes and overseen operations of humanitarian organisations in diverse and challenging contexts. Strong skills in effective project management from assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of programmes. Management skills also include ability to work under pressure, manage multiple project sites, and ensure efficient procurement and budget management and a diverse range of staff.
