• Project Overview: Successfully managed the migration of FRiENDi Oman, a telecom virtual operator, from its current hosting on Ooredoo Oman to Vodafone Oman. • Role & Responsibilities: o Provided expert consultation on BSS (Business Support Systems) to ensure seamless integration and transition to the new operator. o Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement system architecture modifications required for the migration. o Oversaw the implementation of API integrations, ensuring alignment with Vodafone Oman’s infrastructure. o Developed and executed a comprehensive testing and validation plan to guarantee minimal disruption during the migration. o Documented the entire process, including error handling strategies and rollback procedures, to ensure clear communication and future reference.
