Main responsabilities:Responsible for acquisition of new donors through several channels: "Face to face", "Door to door" and "In store" marketing.Responsible for retention/loyalty of current donors through telemarketing: upgrading of monthly gifts, conversion of one-off gifts to monthly gifts, reactivation of lapsed donors, ...---> Working with several external partners to achieve preset KPI's.---> Finding ways to innovate/improve storytelling. This to decrease churn and increase retention.---> Increasing ROI by analyzing data and changing the way of working with smart insights.---> Budgeting, forecasting and reporting to C-level, as it concerns the biggest part of the annual budget (both income/expense).Strategy: creation of operational plans for the coming years with SMART objectives as to be able to track the evolution perfectly with KPI's.Next to my main mission/responsabilities I also dealt with several other things within the organization:*Optimizing Direct Mail ROI by using data driven insights for correct segmentation/selections.*Project Management for the migration of the database: planning, budget, gap-analysis, implementation, training, ...*Supervision of (and support for) technical aspects and abilities of the e-mail marketing tool.*Supporting Fundraising colleagues with analysis, forecasting and budgeting for Digital and Direct Mail.*Part of the recruiting process to acquire new team members with different kind of responsabilities: direct mail, supporters service, ...
