I am an accomplished project manager with a background in business analysis and entrepreneurship. As a co-founder of an e-commerce Startup KIDDO , I led the development and implementation of successful commercial and marketing strategies. I also managed the creation and design of the website using WordPress with a WooCommerce module, executed Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, analyzed KPIs and oversaw social media content and strategies.My experience in project management extends beyond entrepreneurship. First, as an on-site engineer and than as a QHSE Manager at EL AMEN Company, I developed quality processes, procedures, and plans, and assisted in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications for the company. I also monitored and controlled the cost and progress of various road construction projects, the budgeting and the profitability of each project.My educational background includes a Civil Engineering Degree specialized in Bridges and Roads, Preparatory Institute for Engineering Studies in Mathematics and Physics, and a Baccalaureate in Mathematics in the elite high school of Sfax.
