Provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for different type of structure.

*Generate coordination study using SKM software *Design Electrical Layouts for backup generators (120/240V Delta, 120/ 208 Y, 277/480V)*Create electrical riser diagrams reflecting existing field condition*Design and detailing the electrical and building automation and energy controls systems*Prepare CAD floor plans showing electrical device layouts, circuitry, fixtures, equipment, etc.*Perform calculations for available fault current and/or overcurrent coordination study.*Implement proper AIC ratings of equipment Prepare one-line diagrams.*Calculate electrical loads and develop panel schedules.*Layout fire alarm devices on floor plans with input from Engineers.*Layout lighting fixtures on plans and demonstrate fundamental knowledge of lighting concepts.*Understands and correctly applies concepts of emergency and normal power systems.*Coordinate device locations, loads, and circuitry with other disciplines.

* Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC), Florida Building Code* Knowledge of Building System design phases and the interactions among its different disciplines such as architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection * Design Electrical Layouts for backup generators (120/240V, 277/480V) * Create electrical riser diagrams reflecting existing field condition * Proven ability to successfully design Electrical system for diverse building projects, including, but not limited to: multipurpose assemblies, recreation centers, commercial office buildings, hospitals, restaurants, car dealers, service buildings, high rise buildings, town homes and single family homes. * Calculate Electrical load calculations for existing and new commercial or residential structure * Design Photovoltaic system layouts OFF grid systems and ON grid systems. * Generate 40 years inspection reports * Varied field experience including project preparation and finalizing projects (as built plans)
