• Introducing the company’s products and services to potential customers.• Studying requirement specifications from tender document and prepare bill of quantity. • Preparing quotations through contacting local and foreign suppliers. • Co-operating with the sales department to prepare technical and financial proposals. • Defining a manufacturing plan for executing each tender with emphasis on time delivery, quality and component availability. • Directing a team of six engineers to implement the required equipment within the planned timeline and constrained budget. • Updating sales department with the phase reached in the manufacturing process. • Coordinating between purchasing, mechanical, software, media, and documentation departments to ensure the best efficiency delivery to the customer.• Establishing new connections with local suppliers to maintain inventory supply• Troubleshooting failures in Factory’s Utilities such as electrostatic furnace, CNC machinery, drilling machine and plotter printer. • Supervising technicians while executing periodic maintenance.

• Studying and understanding equipment specifications prior to implementation.• Build hardware simulators for vocational training centers ( includes automotive, refrigeration and air conditioning circuits, electrical installation) • Designing training systems for engineering departments in the fields of renewable energy, electrical machines, and AC/DC drives. • Designing electrical wiring schematic diagrams for the required equipment.• Preparing bill of material for the equipment.• Supervising technicians while mechanical assembling of the equipment and electrical wiring assembly.• Testing the functionality of the equipment with a team of mechanical and software engineers to meet technical requirements.• Delivering technical data to the documentation team to prepare a user manual for the equipment.• Providing a complete training guide to customers on how to operate the equipment.
