Specialising in health systems governance and development, with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the Hull-York Medical School, and a Masters with Distinction in Global Governance & Sustainable Development from Middlesex University.As Deputy Programme Manager Operations of the Community Health Influencers, Promoters and Services (CHIPS) Programme, responsible for the operational planning and oversight of the CHIPS Programme Implementation Unit (PIU), collaborating with national and subnational stakeholders (public, private and partner) to ensure States are provided with the technical, financial and material support required for quality programme implementation.Beyond the CHIPS Programme, further contributed to enhancing PHC programming in Nigeria through the development of several NPHCDA strategies such as The Revised Ward Health System Strategy, the Primary Health Care Guidelines, and the Standards & Regulatory Framework for PHC Practice in Nigeria. Has also received special recognition for contributions to Nigeria’s COVID-19 response, through her work in improving COVID-19 awareness and sensitisation, testing, case management and vaccination at the PHC level.
