- Project management for digital transformation & card migration (mobile application, card projects...) - Drive the product development and in-life product management process- Lead business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria- Identify emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products in order to develop new products to remain ahead of competition- Understand the needs of the Customer and design innovative plans to meet those expectations of clients and consumers- Improve customer journeys - Manage and make visible the product backlog and user stories- Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.- Mapping project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development- Follow-up the product Kpi’s dashboard
