With over 9 years of experience in people management and human resources, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create a positive and inclusive work environment for diverse and talented teams. I currently lead the people and HR function at Foundervine, a social enterprise that empowers entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds.In my previous roles, I have successfully developed and implemented people strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. I have also managed and delivered key people projects, such as talent assessment, training and development, and change management. Additionally, I have a strong interest and expertise in diversity and inclusion, and I have initiated and supported several initiatives that promote a culture of belonging and respect.
