The journey is more important than the destination. My journey with Khushhali Microfinance bank started in 2001 when I joined as a Supervisor Product Development, the bank was in its infancy stage, we were a microfinance institute while launching an industry in Pakistan that many thought would soon be wiped out. We not only survived, but flourished in becoming the first & the largest microfinance bank in the country, taking calculate risks, stepping over each hurdle, and becoming a force to recon with in the last 22 years. My journey has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. From the time of launching the first branch in DG Khan area, to heading the entire network of 240+ branches, from increasing the head count to ensuring target achievements, from walking in knee high rain water (to get to the customers) to encouraging a team of 6000+ sales force, from selling one single product to developing a bouquet of products for the Rural / Urban markets, It has been the most cherished journey of my life. Currently, I am leading the bank as the Group Head Business which entails the following three departments;1. Retail & Distribution2. Product Development & Management3. Branding & Communication
