I am a Certified Entrepreneurship Development Professional, Gender and Inclusion Expert with interest in women entrepreneurship, SDGs 1,5 & 8 enthusiast, a Nigerian Youth Development Worker with over ten(10) years experience in local community engagement, youth empowerment initiatives, entrepreneurship, peace building, social justice advocacy, and Monitoring and Evaluation. I'm an empathetic achiever and one of Nigeria's most experienced Human Capital Developer in the endeavors of social entrepreneurship, founder/CEO Chezo Universal Concept and Services, Nigeria's hybrid a five years old social enterprise whose mission is to undertake actions that nurture and build honest and able leaders to become self-reliant and agents of positive change within their community.Since 2019, Chezo Universal Concept and Services has designed and implemented several initiatives through it's two flagship programs such as "Giving Back To Our Community Action Initiative". Together these project have empowered over 1000 women and youths affected by Gender-based Violence (GBV) and Insurgency. Over the last three years, the organization emphasized on entrepreneurship and ICT innovations, thus, recruited 2000 high school and university students, emerging and existing entrepreneurs in five counties of Nigeria to learn and apply science, social entrepreneurship skills and technology to their lives to solve socioeconomic problems within their local communities. I have strong passion for continuous learning and process improvement and an active member of vast relevant entrepreneurial networks and have attended various business trainings.I am proud Recipient of many local and international awards for my invaluable services to youths development and the use of entrepreneurship as a tool to empower fellow women and youths in Nigeria, including, "Recognition Award Recipient" of the USAID Nigeria Development Award-2015, The Government of Nigeria's 2016 Business and Youth Organizations' Social Economic Impact Award, The West African Regional Magazine's Young Achiever of the Year 2016, Global Youth Icon Award 2016 in Ghana, and Most Diplomatic Corp Member 2017 Gombe state.
