CurrentIn my role at COB Solution, I ensure the delivery of comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services for therapy practices, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and acupuncture. My responsibility is to ensure our team provides accurate, efficient, and reliable billing and administrative support while minimizing claim denials and optimizing reimbursements.I work closely with our team to manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, from credentialing and authorization to billing, auditing, and customer care. This allows our clients to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while we handle their administrative needs.Key Responsibilities:1- Medical Billing & Coding: Ensuring accurate claim submissions and coding to minimize errors and denials.2- Credentialing Management: Overseeing the team to secure and maintain therapist credentialing with insurance companies, ensuring providers are eligible to bill for services.3- Authorization & Benefits Verification: Managing the team’s work in securing authorizations and verifying patient benefits to avoid claim rejections.4- Audit & Documentation Management: Overseeing the accuracy of documentation, diagnosis, and CPT coding to ensure proper billing and maximize reimbursement for providers.5- Denials and Collection Management: Managing the team’s efforts to resolve claim denials and discrepancies promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and effective collections.6- Customer Care Services: Managing patient appointment confirmations, feedback from lost patients, and rescheduling efforts to improve patient retention and satisfaction.7- Client Support: Acting as the primary contact for therapy practices, ensuring timely updates and resolving billing or payment concerns.I ensure our team delivers reliable RCM and customer care services that keep therapy practices financially healthy, enhance patient engagement, and support providers in focusing on health care delivery.
