As a dedicated researcher in the field of Probabilistic Spin Logic (PSL), my work spans the intricate landscape from material properties to system-level performance. My research integrates multi-scale modeling, combining analytical models, behavioral analysis, and circuit simulations to explore the effects of process-induced variations on the performance of 1T-1MTJ-based probabilistic bits (pBits). My PhD journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the underlying physics of spintronic devices and their potential applications in probabilistic computing. For the first time, I have developed an analytical model that captures the impact of atomic and material-level defects, behavioral models that predict the performance of complex networks, and circuit simulations that validate these predictions in real-world scenarios.Through my research, I aim to bridge the gap between theoretical models and practical applications, contributing to the advancement of reliable and efficient probabilistic computing systems.
