As the Director of Belonging and Inclusion at IPSA, my role is multifaceted and impactful. I spearheaded initiatives aimed at cultivating a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Private Security Industry. This involved developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to promote belonging among employees from diverse backgrounds.I work closely with senior leadership to integrate inclusion principles into all aspects of the organisation, from hiring and talent development to policy-making and decision-making processes.
